Annual Reports

The mission of Cedar Valley Catholic Schools is to provide an exceptional Catholic education for every student based on a foundation of faith, discipline, knowledge, and service. Our community continues to create a culture that embodies the love of knowledge, love of persons, and love of God. We see our students throughout the greater community filling our call to service. This Catholic experience not only provides valuable lessons for the present but will also strengthen them for the rest of their lives. 

It is the mission that drives the Board’s leadership and a clear focus on the following priorities:

• Ensure a safe, caring, engaging, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, parents, and community on all of our campuses.
• Provide a rigorous and relevant 21st century learning environment with initiatives like 1:1 iPads in grades 6-12, new programs like Columbus CAPS, and numerous college credit and AP courses.
• Promote the Catholic identity of our schools by providing for daily all-school prayer times, individual prayer spaces in each classroom, retreats, sacrament preparation, Mass, and religious instruction in all classrooms.
• Create a long-term strategic plan following a four-year in-depth process utilizing resources from the Archdiocese of Dubuque and Catholic School Management to address enrollment and financial stability.
