We offer a rigorous academic program that includes core curriculum in math, English/language arts, religion, social studies and science.

Specialized classes in vocal music, band and visual arts, and technology. Exploratory classes in foreign language and STEM, promote higher-level thinking, cooperation and leadership.

Students in 6th, 7th and 8th-grade language arts, science, religion, and math are part of an Archdiocese pilot program using a Standards-Based Grading system (SBG) to report student progress. This is part of the Archdiocese expectation that all K-8 grades are SBG in all content areas by the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

Our curriculum is approved by the Archdiocese of Dubuque. Our schools are certified by the State of Iowa and are staffed by faculty who are also accredited by the State of Iowa. We follow the Iowa Core for our academic standards, and below are links to the statewide guidelines by grade. These guides will give you an idea of what our students will be covering during the school year.
