The board is comprised of nine dedicated individuals who want the best educational experience for our students. Voting board members include two pastors, one as a pastoral coordinator and one as an appointed pastor, one parish member who is elected as representative from each of our supporting parishes: Blessed Sacrament, Queen of Peace, Sacred Heart, St. Edward and St. Patrick. In addition, two additional parish members are appointed by the pastor representatives. Board membership is voluntary.
The Chief Administrator, Controller, Advancement Director, Human Resources Director, Building Administrators and a representative from the Waterloo Catholic Faith Formation are ad-hoc members.
The board typically meets the third Thursday of each month at 5:30pm; sometimes there are special meetings and/or meetings scheduled at different times. Board meetings are held at Blessed Maria Assunta Pallotta Middle School in the art room (first floor). The room has easy access by the middle school gymnasium.

If the reason for addressing the Board pertains to a concern, it must first be addressed with the CVCS staff member and also administrator most closely related to the situation. Under no circumstances will someone be allowed to address the Board regarding a concern if this step is not first completed.
